About the Role We’re looking for a results-driven B2B Email Marketing Specialist to join us full-time. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in building and executing performance-oriented email marketing campaigns in a B2B environment. You should be data-savvy, organized, and proactive with an ownership mindset. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling email journeys that drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities ● Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution for B2B campaigns ● Build segmented and personalized campaigns to nurture leads across different stages of the funnel ● Leverage data to continuously optimize email performance—open rates, CTRs, conversions ● Conduct A/B tests and analyze campaign performance to drive actionable insights ● Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment ● Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) ● Ensure database hygiene, compliance, and deliverability best practices ● Report on key metrics with clear, data-backed insights and recommendations What We Are Looking For ● 2–3 years of experience in B2B email marketing or lifecycle marketing ● Strong command of email tools, CRM systems, and automation workflows ● Excellent analytical skills and comfort with performance data ● Solid understanding of lead nurturing and B2B sales cycles ● Strong communication and copywriting skills for B2B audience ● Ownership mindset, collaborative attitude, and bias for actio
