Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• User-Centered Design : Conduct basic user research, gather user feedback, and ensure designs align with user expectations.
• Wireframing & Prototyping : Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes for web/mobile fintech applications.
• Visual Design : Develop clean, modern interfaces consistent with Ayekart's brand guidelines, including color schemes, typography, and layout.
• Collaborative Workflows : Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility, smooth handoffs, and design accuracy during implementation.
• Iteration & Testing : Incorporate feedback from usability tests and stakeholder reviews, iterating on design solutions for continuous improvement.
• Design Documentation : Maintain style guides, design assets, and UI component libraries for consistency across products.
  

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech or related domains.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects (web, mobile, or both).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Basic understanding of user flows, interaction design, and responsive layouts.
• Strong communication skills to present ideas, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with design systems and version control for design assets (e.g., using Figma libraries).
• Bonus : Experience with HTML/CSS, motion design, or basic user testing methods.
