Automation Test Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in test automation. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA leads to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web
• Work with the QA and development team to identify test requirements and create test plan
• Debug test failures, report bugs with detailed analysis, and follow up on fixes
• Ensure test coverage, performance, and reliability of automation frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in automation testing
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, JavaScript, or Java)
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium
• Familiarity with test frameworks like Pytest, TestNG, or Jest
• Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or automated scripts
• Understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git

Good to Have:

• Experience with Playright, selenium, python
• Exposure to git
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker
• Basic understanding of performance or security testing tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
