Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in roles related to business analysis, statistical analysis or Machine Learning.
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
- Experience in process/project management, with the ability to navigate and influence cross-team stakeholders.
- Ability to solve large unstructured business problems in fraud investigations and risk management space.
- Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to process high amounts of data to drive business strategies and decisions.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. Responsibilities
- Ideate and manage high impact projects which increase user safety and/or improve user experience, in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders such as Engineering, Product, Legal, Policy, Sales and other Trust and Safety teams.
- Perform investigative fraud and abuse analysis, producing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for new signals, automation, workflow improvements and operational efficiency gains. Subsequently drive solutions/projects to completion.
- Take part in the regular on-call coverage rotation to resolve sensitive issues and escalations.
- Mentor and provide guidance to team members.
