Role Overview:

Associate – Founder's Office (Marketing & Strategy)

Key Responsibilities:

• 📈

  Marketing Strategy & Growth:

• Assist in crafting data-backed GTM strategies, growth campaigns, and new product launches across Ayuvya & I'm Fresh.
• 🎯

  INFLUENCER-Led Campaigns:

• Work closely with the founder to conceptualize, script, and execute brand-led influencer or storytelling campaigns.
• 🔍

  Competitor Intelligence & Research:

• Study category trends, D2C best practices, and competitor moves; translate insights into brand actions.
• 📊

  Business Analytics:

• Monitor key KPIs across marketing, sales, and funnel metrics; collaborate with teams to troubleshoot or double down.
• ✍️

  Creative Coordination:

• Coordinate with design, content, and media buying teams to bring campaign ideas to life. Quality check communication for tone, consistency, and sharpness.
• 🚀

  Special Projects:

• From influencer seeding to pitch decks, PR tie-ups to event ideas — no two weeks will look the same.

Who You Are:

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, brand strategy, founder’s office, or consulting-type role.
• You think in stories and act on data. Equally right-brained and left-brained.
• Comfortable wearing 5 hats in a week. Super ownership-driven.
• Obsession with consumer brands, aesthetics, D2C, and everything in-between.
• Strong research, writing, and execution skills.
• Startup exposure preferred; Ayurveda or Gen Z beauty/personal care interest is a big plus.
