Associate Director- Data science

We are seeking a highly driven Client Services Manager – Data Science Lead to lead and deliver end-to-end data science solutions for pharmaceutical clients. This is a consulting-focused role requiring hands-on technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to translate business problems into data science solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers on complex healthcare and pharma data projects. Partner with senior client stakeholders and contribute to technical solutioning and proposal discussions. Deliver full-lifecycle data science projects including data cleaning, feature engineering, model development, validation, and deployment. Apply advanced ML/statistical techniques such as regression models, neural networks, and NLP (including BERT). Stay up to date on AI/ML advancements and guide the team on new approaches. Ensure models are scalable, optimized, and implemented within sustainable frameworks. Preferred Experience & Skills: Strong programming skills in Python and SQL . Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as Postgres and Redshift . Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure , and tools like Sagemaker and Athena. Experience working with healthcare data (e.g., HEOR, RWE, Claims data). Exposure to large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, and prompt engineering. Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Previous experience in a consulting environment and building data science products is highly desirable.
