Role Description

Assistant Vice President Sales

What You'll Do:

As our Assistant Vice President Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performance sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Leveraging CRM systems to monitor sales pipelines, analyze data, and optimize sales processes.
  • Delivering compelling presentations and utilizing strong storytelling skills to showcase the value of our offerings to potential clients.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.


What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience

    , with a strong preference for direct-to-consumer sales in 

    real estate or other high-value products

    .
  • At least 3 years of experience in team management roles

    , with a demonstrated ability to hire, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficiency in
