Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and practical sessions in core Computer Science subjects such as Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, DBMS, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc.
Design and develop academic content including lesson plans, lab exercises, assignments, and assessments.
Mentor and guide students on academic and career goals, project work, and research.
Conduct and support research activities, publications, and conferences in the domain of Computer Science.
Participate in curriculum design, academic audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Engage in departmental and institutional activities, including seminars, workshops, and community outreach.
Collaborate with industry and academia to ensure curriculum relevance and employability.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualification:
Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (as per UGC/AICTE norms).
Experience:
Prior teaching experience in a recognized institution is preferred. Industry exposure or research background is an added advantage.
Skills:
Strong subject knowledge, effective communication, classroom management, and proficiency in online/hybrid teaching tools.
