Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Procurement and related areas.
  • Develop and deliver course content, case studies, simulations and practical exercises.
  • Guide student research projects, dissertations and internships.
  • Conduct academic research and publish in reputed journals and conferences.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, industrial visits and guest lectures in coordination with the industry.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and academic innovation.
  • Support accreditation, quality assurance and outcome-based education initiatives.
  • Engage with industry to build partnerships, consultancy projects and placements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • MBA/M.Sc./M.Com in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or relevant specialization from a recognized institution.
  • Ph.D. or UGC NET qualification (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of teaching or relevant industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of logistics networks, warehousing, inventory control, procurement, transportation and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with tools like SAP, Tally ERP, Excel, WMS or SCM software.
  • Excellent communication and classroom engagement skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in international logistics and global supply chain trends.
  • Certifications like CSCP, CPIM, Six Sigma or Lean Management.
  • Knowledge of NEP 2020 and outcome-based education methodologies.
  • Industry exposure or previous experience in logistics firms, shipping, manufacturing, or retail.
  • Ability to integrate case-based, experiential, and technology-driven learning in the classroom.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
