Manage daily secondary placement at 59 depots across PAN India to ensure efficient and timely distribution of stocks. 2. Handle secondary freight cost effectively by identifying cost-saving opportunities and negotiating with freight carriers. 3. Continuously realign depot network to optimize efficiency. 4. Appoint new transporters at various depot locations to expand carrier network and improve availability."
