Role Purpose Statement-Evaluate and execute projects / work dealing with Indian Income Tax Law. Main Accountabilities- - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for periodic internal and statutory tax compliances - Collaborate with stakeholders to address audits conducted by Tax Authorities - Assisting in research on tax planning and strategic advisory such as M&A - Contributing in litigation management and resolution - Accounting governance for tax accounts and - Proper maintenance of records for future use.
