Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including maintaining financial records, ledger entries, and reconciliations. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other relevant tax filings. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial analysis and reports. Prepare and submit regular financial reports to senior management. Coordinate with external auditors for smooth and timely audit processes. Monitor and ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions. Assist in implementing cost control measures and provide financial insights to improve profitability. Support in any ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent (CA Inter, ICWA Inter preferred). Minimum 5-8 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the manufacturing industry. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other relevant regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar). Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis functions.
