Job Summary

Assistant Manager – F&B Service

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of all F&B service areas including restaurants, in-room dining, and special events
• Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through personalized and intuitive service
• Assist in staff training, motivation, and development to maintain a guest-centric and efficient team
• Coordinate with culinary and other departments for smooth service flow and special guest requests
• Monitor service standards, hygiene practices, and compliance with brand policies
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue per cover
• Support the F&B Manager in departmental planning, scheduling, and performance reviews

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1 year in assistant managerial role (preferably in luxury hospitality)
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• Flexibility to work in a remote, nature-based location and adapt to changing operational needs
• A deep passion for hospitality, guest delight, and team collaboration
