Role Overview:

Locations:

Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

Agent Onboarding & Evaluation

1. Identify, evaluate, and onboard tour operators and travel agents specializing in specific destinations as per business requirements.
2. Ensure onboarded agents demonstrate a strong supply, expertise, and reputation for their assigned destinations.
3. Conduct agent verifications to maintain quality standards and compliance with company policies.

Relationship Management & Support

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, serving as their primary point of contact.
2. Resolve agent blockers or challenges in collaboration with the Head Office.
3. Conduct regular reviews and provide ongoing support to ensure agent satisfaction and productivity.

Requirements:

1. MBA degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related field (

   Freshers

   welcome)
2.  Strong interest or exposure to the travel and tourism sector
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Confident, energetic, and self-motivated with a passion for sales
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
