Responsibilities Drive New User Acquisition for TripXL by efficiently executing and scaling up. Performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other digital media platforms. Manage all aspects of paid campaigns, including search, display, and video, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy. Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance. Optimize and Scale campaigns for maximum ROI and conversions. Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to enhance campaign effectiveness. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, and apply best practices to drive continuous improvement. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in strategizing and executing Google search and display ads campaigns. Should be well-versed in Facebook Ads. Strong understanding of conversion copywriting and pattern-interrupt ads. Hands-on experience in setting up and managing reporting dashboards and analytics. Ability to operate in a hyper-paced startup and thrive under pressure. Analytical ability to break a marketing problem down to solutions and impact measurement, ability to effectively manage time, build & manage a team of performance marketing professionals. Should be excellent at crunching data and creating Excel spreadsheets. Good to have knowledge of SQL. Good understanding of Google Analytics, Amplitude, Superset/Power BI.
