JOB PURPOSE:

To adhere with the processes for maintaining the control over accounting system for smooth functioning of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Accounting & Working Capital Management–

• Financial Statement along with all schedules and report variances.
• Fixed assets Management and its utilization after capitalization
• Timely updating the books of accounts in compliance with SOP
• Scrutiny of books

Controls & Compliance:

• Demonstrate ability and skill in handling overall accounting function.
• Compliances of statutory Timelines including tax payments and assessments
• Ensure closing of books on Monthly and Limited review of books with Auditor on every quarter.
• To assist Auditor and Tax Team for Tax Auditor and Annual filing of ITR.
• Regular Monitoring of ERP alerts, exception reports and control accounts.
• Ensure timely update of books of accounts, complying with statutory and internal norms.
• Regular Scrutiny of books and compliance as per SOP.
• Support in month end and year end closing processes.
• Supervision/Verification of Intercompany Billing as per agreement.
• Assisting in Statutory and Internal Auditor
• Ensure compliances with all statutory regulation and requirements to GST / TDS / Income Tax.
• 100% statutory compliance financial issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications - CA

Experience - 2 to 3 years of experience

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Sound knowledge of Statutory Laws i.e. GST / Income Tax.
• Ability to work through information generated from the Hospital Information System (HIS) / Sun System / ERP.
• Should have Excellent Computer & Presentation skills.
• Ability to set up processes - across functions and monitoring them.
• Knowledge of Excel, PPT
