Job Title : Pathology Reporting : Head - Laboratory Medicine KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities To provide timely and accurate services to the patients & service users. To demonstrate effective application of professional knowledge and clinical acumen. To keep abreast with latest research, development & techniques in the field. To ensure service excellence with high standard of customer service (reduce waiting time, no negative occurrence, Proactive ness). To ensure smooth running of the department. To ensure that test methodologies are followed in 100% of samples. To facilitate teaching and training programs to subordinates. To ensure optimum utilization of resources by self and subordinates. To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices. To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system. To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital. To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Program (DMP) of the hospital. To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area To Comply with patient safety policy To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Report accuracy 100% Reports on time 99% Dashboard measures & TAT as per Sparsh NABH &IMS quality initiatives. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications MD or DNB in Pathology/ Equivalent Qualification Experience 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
