About the Role:

This is a part-time position designed for individuals ready to make a significant impact, with a clear pathway to a full-time role based on commitment and impactful contributions.

What You'll Do:

• Research & Ideation:

  Dive deep into the potential of AI within the real estate sector. Identify pain points and opportunities where AI can drive efficiency, enhance user experience, and create new value propositions.

• Proof-of-Concept Development:

  Build, prototype, and experiment with AI models and algorithms. This could involve anything from predictive analytics for property valuation to intelligent automation for lead generation or customer interaction.

• Automation Building:

  Design and implement AI-powered automations to streamline internal processes or enhance external services for our customers.

• Data Exploration:

  Work with real-world real estate data, performing cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare it for AI model training.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the Founder to translate high-level vision into actionable AI projects, contributing ideas and insights.

• Execution:

  See your research and prototypes come to life as you help deploy and refine AI solutions within our platform.

What We're Looking For:

• Education:

  Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech in Computer Engineering (CE).

• AI Enthusiasm:

  A genuine, demonstrable passion for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You live and breathe AI.

• Programming Skills:

  Solid proficiency in Python, including relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).

• Foundational Knowledge:

  Understanding of core AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and techniques (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, NLP, computer vision basics).

• Problem-Solving:

  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an ability to break down complex problems and devise creative AI solutions.

• Initiative & Proactiveness:

  Eagerness to take ownership, learn quickly, and contribute actively without constant supervision.

• Communication:

  Clear and concise communication skills to articulate technical concepts and progress.

• On-site Commitment:

  Willingness to work from our office in Ahmedabad.
