Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Expert to take charge of our digital presence, marketing automation, website performance, and sales process automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI-driven tools, CRM integration, and lead generation strategies, specifically tailored for B2B product-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize AI-enabled lead generation pipelines
• Automate email campaigns, chatbots, CRM workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Analyze website traffic & implement SEO and AI-driven improvements
• Implement predictive analytics for sales forecasting
• Develop & maintain AI chatbots for real-time client engagement on the website & WhatsApp
• Run and optimize AI-powered ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn
• Coordinate with website development team to implement dynamic personalization
• Integrate analytics and data reporting dashboards (Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.)
• Recommend and implement AI tools to improve sales conversion rates

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Writesonic, etc.)
• Proficiency in marketing platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• CRM Tools: HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive (automation setup & integration)
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization
• Website platforms: WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or similar
• Familiar with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
• Ability to develop AI-driven sales & customer service bots
• Strong communication, reporting & presentation skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience (2-5 years) in AI-based digital marketing & automation
• Certifications in Digital Marketing, AI tools (optional but preferred)

Work Location:

Hybrid – Office in Chennai

Salary Range:

₹ 3 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (Based on skills & experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
