Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Pune. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the designated area, managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Key tasks also include building relationships with healthcare professionals, analyzing sales data, and providing detailed reports to senior management. The role requires constant interaction with clients, market analysis, and exploring new market opportunities to drive sales growth.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies
Experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred
