Job Description

The Area Sales Manager (Individual Role) is responsible for implementing the organization’s business strategy, monitoring sales performance, and driving revenue and growth within the assigned area. The ASM must manage customer relationships, analyze market trends, and identify business development opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Management: Achieve sales targets within the assigned area. Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition. 2. Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market trend analysis and competitor research. Develop area-specific strategies that align with overall company goals. Assess business growth opportunities and assist in creating action plans. 3. Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales performance reports and present them to senior management. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting. Focus on budget management and cost control. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualification : B. Pharma Experience: Only experienced candidates (Oncology) are eligible to apply. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical Skills: Strong market research and data analysis skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex business challenges with effective solutions. Customer Focused: Ability to maintain and grow key customer relationships.
