Job Title: Area Business Manager
Experience- 5-10 Years(3-4 years into team handling)
Salary- 10.00 to 12.00 LPA
Base Location- Indore or Bhopal
Work Location- Madhya Pradesh
· Should have Experience in medical device or any healthcare industry and should be RSM/SM with regional level exposure
· Design, implement and facilitate annual sales plan as per the budget.
· Responsible for revenue generation as per the monthly / quarterly / annual budget.
· Sales forecasting, pricing, key account management.
· Expand, maintain and grow the regional distribution network.
· Monitor and analyze the various sales reports from the team.
· Plan and coordinate with commercial and factory to ensure smooth operations.
· Provide timely information / recommendation to the management on market / new strategies and have regular meetings and interactions with important customers nation-wide.
· Train/ Develop & monitor the team members.
· Responsible for any other job which management has assigned on time to time bases
· Develop Channel Distribution strategy and also ensure timely follow up from dealers on a regular basis.
· Responsible for successfully executing strategies.
· Market information and competition
· Good at Communication, Analytical Skill & Sales Skill
