GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

To manage and drive business growth for the assigned geographical area by developing and implementing strategic plans, managing teams, building strong relationships with channel partners, and ensuring compliance with company policies

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

10-15 years of experience in NBFCs, Banks, or financial institutions.

Should have managed 5 to 7 branches with team size of min 40 nos.

Prior experience in a leadership role in retail lending is preferred

CTC: 12 LPA to 16 LPA

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Development:

  • Drive sales and business growth in Loan against property product.
  • Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
  • Plan and implement area-specific strategies to achieve targets.

2. Team Management:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Officers.
  • Monitor performance and productivity; ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs.

3. Operational Excellence & Risk Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to NBFC guidelines, KYC norms, and internal audit requirements.
  • Monitor credit quality and minimize delinquency by ensuring robust credit underwriting processes.

4. Customer Service & Retention:

  • Enhance customer satisfaction through service quality, quick issue resolution, and relationship building.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.

5. Market Intelligence:

  • Track competitor activities and market trends.
  • Recommend product and process enhancements based on market feedback.

6. People and Culture:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador of the NBFC-uphold and promote organizational values such as customer-centricity, ethical conduct, agility, and innovation
  • Represent the NBFC in community events and external forums, enhancing brand visibility
  • Ensure team alignment with the company's mission and values through regular communication and engagement.
  • Encourage an open feedback environment and support team well-being and morale.

PEOPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Managerial role with Branch Managers reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
