Job Description

Managing the salons profitably and responsible for delivering top-line & bottom-line results for the franchise salons.
Responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service as per company standards.
Initiating marketing initiatives and local activations.
Ensuring salons are sufficiently staffed with trained manpower.
