Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, and custom application development, with a strong ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, HRSD, and custom applications.
Provide effort estimations, define scope, and recommend development methodologies.
Create and manage user stories, technical design documents (LLDs), and training materials.
Lead and mentor global development teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
Conduct technical reviews, end-user training, and stakeholder reporting.
Manage escalations and ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
Configure and customize modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and Service Portal.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and manage LDAP/SSO, email, and chat configurations.
Oversee ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and coordination with HI support.
Implement domain separation and data segregation strategies.
Design and implement Performance Analytics and custom reporting dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, REST/SOAP, scripting).
Proven track record in ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, and orchestration implementations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in project management and contract understanding.
Knowledge of best practices in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ITIL v3 Foundation

Nice To Have

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
