KEY portfolio Areas:

Studio

· Strive to produce good Architecture by designing unique solutions that satisfy Client requirements

· Service and achieve efficiency and excellence for each project to make it profitable

· Ensure on time, on budget and a high design standard for each project

· Prepare Master Plan, Schematic designs & Building concepts for projects assigned

· Review of buildability of concepts and schemes

· Preparation of presentations, drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the design along with support team members / support teams

· Client Presentations

· Envision efficient & innovative structural systems and services systems whereever possible

· Be up to date on existing and future design trends, materials & processes

· Coordinate and delegate responsibilities during Design Development & preparation of detailed drawings with support team members

· Periodic reviews during the entire drawing process to ensure that the original design intent is maintained

Client relationships

· Driving the presentation of schemes

· Working out mutually agreeable time schedules

· Updating on progress and reassuring client on anomalies

· Educating clients on sign offs, schedules, decisions, budgeting etc.

Support to Partners

As a senior member of the team, you are encouraged to adopt the Firm’s goals and philosophy and be involved where possible in:

· Securing new business & fresh clients wherever possible

· Support the Firms publishing program (White Papers, Media write ups etc.) as required

· Participate in workshops and seminars as required
