Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design, project planning, and technical oversight. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in [software/systems/building] architecture, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for innovation and quality. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, sustainable, and high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex systems/projects. Define and document technical standards, design principles, and best practices. Collaborate with product managers, developers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into architectural blueprints. Review and validate architecture solutions to ensure alignment with business goals and technical strategies. Mentor and guide junior architects and technical staff. Perform architectural risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. Evaluate emerging technologies and tools for inclusion in the architecture roadmap. Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and maintainability of systems. Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and diagrams. Participate in strategic planning and long-term technology road mapping. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in [software/system/building] architecture or related roles. Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level architectural solutions. Strong understanding of architectural design patterns and frameworks. Proficiency with [relevant tools, platforms, or languages – e.g., AWS, Azure, Microservices, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup etc.]. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Architect, LEED) are a plus.
