Key Software Proficiency - AutoCAD For 2D planning and working drawings - SketchUp – For conceptual modeling - V-Ray – For realistic rendering - Lumion – For 3D walkthroughs and visual presentations --- Core Skills - Planning – Efficient, vastu-aligned, and client-centric layout planning - Concept Design – Creative and practical approach to design ideation - Detailing – Precision in working drawings and coordination with execution teams - 3D Visualization – Effective use of rendering tools to present design concepts clearly --- Role & Responsibilities - Prepare architectural plans and design concepts based on client briefs - Develop 3D views and walkthroughs using SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion - Collaborate with draftsmen for technical drawings and GFCs - Conduct site visits for measurement, supervision, and design validation - Coordinate with structural and MEP teams for services integration - Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations - Present design ideas to clients and incorporate feedback professionally --- Attitude & Team Fit - Creative & Practical – Designs should be innovative yet feasible - Detail-Oriented – High precision and clarity in all deliverables - Team Player – Willing to work closely with all departments - Client-Focused – Communicates clearly, listens actively, adapts when needed - Growth-Oriented – Open to feedback, new tools, and evolving workflows --- Ideal Candidate Profile - B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture - 0–5 years of experience in residential or commercial architecture - Strong portfolio demonstrating planning, detailing, and visualization skills - Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
