Key Responsibilities:


  • Payroll Processing & Compliance
    : Support end-to-end payroll processing while ensuring adherence to statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Labor Welfare Fund.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with payroll and compliance vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery, including data exchange and issue resolution.
  • Full & Final Settlements: Manage FnF processes including Maker-Checker validation, taxation checks, and TDS return preparation and submission within defined SLAs.
  • Invoice & Reconciliation Management: Monthly Invoice processing related to payroll services, car lease, contract employee and ensure timely reconciliation with Finance.
  • Audit Readiness: Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation to support internal and statutory audits, including statutory challans and acknowledgements.
  • Employee Support: Address payroll-related queries from employees, ensuring prompt resolution and clear communication.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and implement changes in payroll laws and state-specific regulations to maintain compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Finance teams to align payroll operations with organizational policies and timelines.
  • HRMS & Technical Tools: Utilize HRMS platforms efficiently for payroll input, reporting, and data management, demonstrating a strong technical orientation.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Generate payroll reports for Finance, maintain audit trails, and ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible.


Your Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and accounting.
  • Skilled in vendor coordination, invoice management, and payroll tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data.
