About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in International platforms like Amazon, Noon, Walmart and Google Shopping to drive sales growth and optimize ad campaigns. If you have a strong analytical mindset, experience in scaling e-commerce brands internationally, and a passion for data-driven marketing, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon ads (PPC), Noon ads, Walmart ads and Google shopping ads
• Analyse campaign performance and implement data-backed strategies to improve E/S, ACOS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing to enhance campaign efficiency.
• Monitor International market trends, competitor strategies, and category performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad copies, images, and A+ content.
• Manage and optimize Display Ads, Sponsored Brand Ads, and DSP campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversions.
• Work with marketplaces to maximize sales potential and improve product visibility.
• Track and report key performance metrics, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
• Optimise Amazon listings to increase organic revenue

Requirements:

✅ 2-4 years of experience in international e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Noon, Walmart and Google Shopping performance marketing.

✅ Strong understanding of ACOS, E/S, TACOS, and conversion rate optimization.

✅ Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, AMS, and Google ads.

✅ Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
