Key Responsibilities :- 1) Identify New Business Opportunities: Scout for strategic partnerships and growth avenues aligned with company goals. 2) Develop & Manage Alliances: Build, nurture, and manage relationships with external partners to drive mutual business success. 3) Design Service Channels: Innovate and implement service delivery models through internal teams or partner networks. 4) Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to shape and execute business growth strategies. 5) Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of alliance initiatives. 6) Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks. 7) Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights to senior management. 8)Drive Revenue & Growth: Ensure alliances contribute to measurable business growth and profitability.
