Support Sales Evangelist in showcasing AI solutions to clients

Assist in 8+ demos/month with >80% satisfaction

Process Documentation & Handover

Prepare BRDs, flowcharts, SOPs for the dev team

100% of projects have clean, complete handovers

Continuous Learning & Innovation

Stay updated with Gen AI tools and evolving use cases

Present 2 new tools/use-cases/month in internal AI huddle

Know basics of ChatGPT, API workflows, CRM/ERP systems, automation tools (Make, Zapier)

Presentation & Demo Skills

Able to conduct workshops, webinars, and live solution walkthroughs

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 2–5 years in business analysis, consulting, pre-sales, or process automation

• Strong knowledge of one or more domains: marketing, HR, finance, operations

• Bonus: Exposure to AI tools like OpenAI, Claude, Make, Chatbots, LangChain, etc.
