Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AI Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/BE in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, strong programming skills in Python, and a deep understanding of AI algorithms, data structures, and real-world applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms for various use cases. Work on end-to-end model lifecycle including data preprocessing, training, tuning, validation, and deployment. Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and software developers to integrate AI solutions into production. Apply machine learning techniques to solve classification, prediction, and optimization problems. Utilize Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy) for model development. Monitor and improve model performance using evaluation metrics and feedback loops. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/BE) in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in AI/ML model development.Proficiency in Python and its AI/ML ecosystem (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.). Good knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities..
