About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Agent Automation Specialist with expertise in building and managing voice agents, lead qualification bots, sales support tools, and personal AI assistants using no-code platforms. This role is ideal for a creative thinker who understands prompt engineering, has a deep interest in AI agents with memory, tools, and brain-like behaviour, and is excited to shape the future of intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy AI agents using no-code platforms (e.g., Voiceflow, Tidio, Zapier, Make, etc.)

Develop and optimize voice-based AI agents for customer engagement, sales support, and personal assistance tasks.

Configure and refine lead qualification workflows, using AI-powered logic and memory structures.

Implement prompt engineering strategies to optimize agent responses and ensure contextual accuracy.

Manage agent "brain", memory, and tool integrations for seamless performance and long-term interaction tracking.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to customize conversational flows aligned with business goals.

Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and ethical use standards in AI interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience with no-code automation platforms (Voiceflow, Airtable, Tally, Zapier, etc.)

Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and AI conversational design.

Familiarity with AI concepts such as agent memory, tools/plugins, vector databases, and contextual learning.

Demonstrated ability to build, test, and iterate voice and chat-based AI agents.

Excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills.

Technical curiosity and passion for AI-driven solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in sales automation, lead generation, or customer support tech.

Experience with OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks.

Exposure to API integrations, webhook configuration, or workflow logic.

UX or conversation design background is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
