Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the agency's day-to-day operations, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and training agents, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring the market to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, coordinating with other departments to align sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
