Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager at our Kolkata location. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing a team of insurance agents, developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and training agents, monitoring their performance, providing guidance and support, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves conducting market research to identify opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

Experience in team management, recruitment, and training
Strong sales and marketing skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
