We’re growing our team and looking for an experienced Admin & Operations Manager who can help us build a people-first culture, scale operations, and create a welcoming workplace for all.

Your Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Team Growth

• Drive end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to attract diverse, passionate talent.
• Collaborate with team leads to identify hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Build inclusive hiring practices that celebrate neurodiversity and all forms of identity.

Work Strategy & People Development

• Champion a positive work culture rooted in empathy, inclusion, and collaboration.
• Implement employee engagement, performance management, and learning programs.
• Handle payroll, contracts, compliance, and other core HR & Admin processes.

Operations & Productivity

• Streamline day-to-day operations across the company and our online academy.
• Build and optimize systems and processes that boost efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments and cross-functional teams.

Culture & Inclusivity

• Lead DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) initiatives and create safe spaces for all.
• Facilitate open communication, regular check-ins, and team-building activities.
• Support mental health, flexibility, and a healthy work-life balance.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in admin, operations, or people-centric roles.
• Fluent in Tamil, Hindi, and English – strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathetic leader who believes in building inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with web tools, spreadsheets, documentation, and process optimization.
• Prior experience in education, startups, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
