We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles, be proficient in Tally, MS Office apps, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring the accuracy of accounting data.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents in Tally.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and other routine accounting tasks.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting.
• Handle day-to-day transactions and ensure proper documentation of entries.
• Manage petty cash and office expenses.
• Maintain accurate filing of financial documents and reports.
• Provide support in audits and assist senior accountants in data collection and report generation.
• Communicate with clients and vendors regarding payments and outstanding balances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Other ad-hoc accounting duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduation in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent) or pursuing similar qualifications.
• Prior experience in accounts or finance is a plus but not mandatory.
