SAT INDIA - Looking for Account Manager at Lamdapura, Vadodara, Gujarat. Position: Account Manager/CA/CFO Number of Vacancy: 1 Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or MBA (Account), CA Experience: More than 10 Years of Experience Salary: Best in the Industry Job Roles & Responsibility: - Enter purchase, sales, and bank statement entries in Tally. - Verify due dates and follow up on pending payments from debtors. - Check and enter RCM entries; perform TDS entries and ensure timely deductions and filings. - Maintain and fill data in Excel in the required format, including HSN-wise GST details. - Reconcile Tally PO register, bank statements, and GST 2B data. - Cross-check Tally data with GSTR-3B and GST portal; create challans accordingly. - Collect GST data from the portal; make necessary entries if missing in Tally. - Handle client payments, RTGS transactions, and follow-up. - Prepare profit & loss accounts and assist with balance sheet-related work. - Create and manage invoices, proforma invoices (PIs), LC (Letter of Credit), and BG (Bank Guarantee) documentation. - Prepare summaries, daily reports, and ensure accurate reporting for internal review. - Support teamwork and coordinate as per organizational systems, processes, and compliance policies.
