Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive/Assistant Manager to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports and audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other statutory compliance.

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for financial clarity and compliance.

• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within the accounting function.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).

• CA Inter / CMA Inter / Semi-qualified CA preferred.

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
