Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally and have a strong understanding of TDS, GST, tax filings, and other statutory compliances. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounts and ensure accurate financial records. Manage data entry in Tally ERP and reconcile bank statements. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) on time. Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q). Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts. Prepare reports related to payable/receivable, balance sheet, P&L account. Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of returns. Handle invoice preparation, vendor payments, and petty cash management. Support internal financial reporting and documentation processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. 3–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or mid-sized firm. Strong knowledge of Tally ERP (preferably Tally Prime). In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and other direct/indirect tax regulations. Hands-on experience with MS Excel and basic office software. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Also will have to coordinate with banks/importers/exporters whenever necessary. Basic Knowledge of import/export could be a plus.
