Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced, and reliable Accountant to manage and oversee our financial operations, statutory compliance, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in the jewelry or manufacturing industry and demonstrate strong financial acumen, accuracy, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns in accordance with Indian tax regulations. Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all financial transactions, ledgers, and reconciliations. Process monthly payroll and manage employee financial records. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses for management review. Coordinate with auditors for periodic audits and ensure compliance with internal financial policies and statutory requirements. Monitor inventory costing and valuation related to jewelry production activities. Liaise with banking partners for daily financial transactions, fund management, and credit facilities. Provide meaningful financial insights and MIS reports to support business decision-making. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 years of professional accounting experience, preferably within the jewelry, retail, or manufacturing sector. Proficient in Tally , MS Excel/Google Sheets , and ERP/accounting software. In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws including GST, TDS, and related compliance. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, solution-driven approach. Why Join Us?
