We’re now looking for a skilled and reliable Accountant to join our dynamic team at the facility. Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage the facility's financial operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining smooth payment cycles, and supporting overall financial health. You will work closely with our operations and procurement teams to monitor expenditures, manage vendor accounts, and ensure compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, and bookkeeping Track and process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and utility expenses Monitor and report cash flow, prepare financial statements, and assist in budgeting Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions Liaise with internal departments to verify and validate purchase and payment data Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings Assist with internal audits and financial analysis to support decision-making Recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency at the facility Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter or equivalent is a plus) Minimum 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or facility-based setup Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance requirements Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience A collaborative and professional work environment Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing food manufacturing company Career development and learning opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
