About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to build and maintain long-term client relationships. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, foster new business, and drive growth through strong customer engagement. What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits. Ensure timely delivery of solutions and meet client objectives. Track account performance, identify growth opportunities, and meet sales targets. Collaborate with sales to uncover new opportunities. Handle client requests and resolve issues efficiently. What You Should Have: 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role. B.Tech in C.S, I.T, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel).
