Account Executive

. MIS & Reporting:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (sales, purchases, collections, expenses, production, inventory etc.)
• Analyse variance between actual and budgeted figures and highlight significant deviations.
• Develop dashboards and summary sheets to help management review key financial & operational KPIs.
• Maintain and update master data (customer, vendor, product) in ERP/accounting software.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect data required for MIS on time.

B. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally / ERP / accounting software.
• Process supplier invoices and prepare payment advice.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
• Assist in preparation of trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable ageing reports.

C. Statutory Compliance & Support:

• Support in GST calculation, return filing, and reconciliation.
• Assist in preparation and submission of TDS returns and other statutory reports.
• Help in compiling data for internal and external audits.

D. Cost Control & Process Improvement:

• Analyse and report on major cost heads (power, raw materials, repairs, logistics etc.).
• Suggest process improvements for reducing data errors & improving reporting timelines.
• Track overhead expenses and compare against budget.

E. Periodic Tasks:

Daily:

• Record transactions, update cash/bank book, and prepare daily sales & collection report.

Weekly:

• Prepare payables & receivables summary, pending PO report, and pending GRN report.

Monthly:

• Prepare MIS pack: P&L, balance sheet schedules, expense analysis, ageing reports.
• Perform monthly closing entries and reconciliations.

Quarterly/Yearly:

• Support in audit schedules, inventory verification, and annual budgeting exercise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
