About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Academic Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. You will be responsible for enhancing the classroom experience by auditing teaching sessions, delivering impactful teacher training programs, and ensuring the highest standards in teaching methodology. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring educators to align with Vedantu’s teaching philosophy and pedagogical standards

Key Responsibilitie

• s:Design and deliver high-quality training sessions for educators, focusing on classroom delivery and student engagemen
• t.Audit live and recorded classes to assess teaching effectiveness and identify areas for improvemen
• t.Provide actionable feedback and coaching to teachers based on classroom observation
• s.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and implement targeted development initiative
• s.Create a positive and professional learning environment that fosters growth and engagemen
• t.Use diverse training tools, methodologies, and adult learning principles to drive effective learning outcome
• s.Track and measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metric
• s.Conduct periodic review meetings with teachers to ensure continuous improvemen
• t.Support teachers by connecting them with relevant stakeholders for issues outside the training scop
• e.Maintain training documentation, session reports, and improvement plan

Mandatory Required Qualifications & Skil

• ls:2+ years of experience in delivering formal training and/or workshops- preferably in an academic or education set
• up.Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and writt
• en.Passion for training and a proven track-record in creating measurable impa
• ct.Strong presentation skills and ability to hold meaningful conversatio
• ns.Proficiency in Google Sheets & Google Slides is mandat
• oryExposure to Edtech Domain at some level and understands classroom decor
• um.Experience in mentoring, coaching and training teachers is an advanta
• ge.Certified trainer credentials (preferred but not mandator
