Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled

Package Specialist – Workday Testing

to join our HR systems team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

Workday HCM/Finance modules

, test strategy creation, test case development, test execution, and defect management. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, interpret requirements, and ensure successful Workday implementations and upgrades through structured testing.

Required Skills

Experience in Workday testing (HCM, Payroll, or Finance modules).
Understanding of Workday business processes, configurations, and security roles.
Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with tools like JIRA, HP ALM, ServiceNow, or Workday-specific testing tools.
