Job Description

You are a skilled Package Specialist with 2-5 years of experience in Workday Testing, and you will be joining the HR systems team. Your primary responsibilities will include hands-on experience with Workday HCM/Finance modules, creation of test strategy, development of test cases, test execution, and defect management. Your role will require you to possess strong analytical and communication skills in order to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, interpret requirements, and ensure the success of Workday implementations and upgrades through structured testing. Your key skills should include a deep understanding of Workday business processes, configurations, and security roles. You should also be proficient in test case design, execution, and defect tracking, with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential, as well as experience working with tools like JIRA, HP ALM, ServiceNow, or other Workday-specific testing tools.,
