Join us for an enriching experience where you can truly make a difference . About the role A Workday Finance Consultant with 3 to 5 years of Workday Finance experience. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HR solutions to meet the business requirements of clients. Skills and Qualification 3 to 5 years of Workday Finance experience. Expertise in P2P, Expenses, R2R, Accounting, Banking, O2C, C2C, Knowledge on Settlement and other complex Finance solutions. Must have worked on End-to-end implementation workday projects and hands-on experience in the deployment process. Active Workday certification is mandatory. Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions. Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business result. Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization. Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements to provide proactive recommendations to clients. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configurations and functionality. Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly. Good oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations. Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver. Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively. What you can expect?
