Workday Finance Lead (P2P/R2R) Location: India (Collaborating with North America) Certification: Workday Finance (P2P/R2R) required; module-level and Workday Launch certifications preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead Workday Launch projects and act as the main liaison between India and North America teams. Assign and manage tasks based on team strengths and development areas. Guide configuration, troubleshoot issues, and support knowledge transfer. Develop efficient, reusable packaged solutions. Ensure timely and accurate deliverables with regular status reporting. Mentor India-based teams and reallocate work to meet deadlines. Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure compliance with Workday standards.
